We offer handcrafted food items including:

All products are prepared fresh and sold as per availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors or update listings at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

  • Payment must be made at checkout via accepted methods (Cash, PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.).

  • Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.

4. Delivery & Pickup

  • We offer pickup and local delivery based on availability and location.

  • Delivery fees apply and are quoted at checkout or upon confirmation.

  • While we aim for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays due to external factors (e.g., traffic, weather).

5. Cancellations & Refunds

We comply with Australian Consumer Law, which entitles customers to refunds or replacements for faulty or misrepresented goods.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product was damaged or spoiled upon arrival

  • Your order was not delivered

Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted due to the perishable nature of our products.

Cancellations: Must be made at least 12 hours before the agreed pickup or delivery time.

6. Storage & Handling

  • Keep all products refrigerated or frozen as soon as received.

  • We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery or pickup.

9. Limitation of Liability

RichSausage will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss or damage resulting from improper use or handling of products

  • Delivery delays outside our control

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the product.
